MY POINTS OF VIEW - 2

 Hello Travelers!  Welcome back to the journey.  I am a mother of six; a grandmother of seventeen and a great grandmother of three.  One of my children and two of my great grandchildren are with the Lord.  And all of these events have happened along my recent journey.  I just want to let you know that God is still holding me in the midst of this walk, and I will tell you more when my story begins.   In the meantime, point three. 3. Even in a crowd of loved ones or kindhearted friends or great social events, loneliness will pop into your moments.  What will trigger that?  Well, let's just look at this scenario.  You're having a great time at a social event and your eye falls upon a couple in the distance...doing things that you and your late spouse once did or had planned to do.  They don't know that their happy time is a remembered trigger for you.  They are just enjoying their moment as they should without any idea that y...

My Points of View

 I really want to speak to the hearts of widows and widowers.  I thought about writing a book on this journey, but no, never mind.  We don't need another something to buy.  We need a truth from a person that has and is walking this journey. I've hesitated to start this, but Father kept allowing people to confirm His instruction to me over and over again.  I tried to ignore Him, as though I could, but there is no running from the assignment.   I did not want to have to learn this lesson the hard way.  So let me stand on my soapbox for a second and release some things that I have experienced over these past years. Oftentimes, people ignore or shun this group of people (of which I am one - widow) fearing that they may catch the disease of widowhood.  (As though there was such a thing.)  I need you to know fellow travelers that you are not alone nor are you strange in your emotional roller coaster.  Whatever you are experiencing is norm...
